The Fine Print
Shipping Policy
All items are available for shipping, however some items (i.e. Birdie Bed & Breakfast) is very heavy and awkward to ship, and therefore shipping charges may be extreme. We will always strive to obtain the best shipping quote for you. You may also request shipping from your own carrier account. Please indicate at time of order.
Heavenly Inspirations will search for the best shipping rates available for your area. Upon obtaining such rates, an email will be sent to you detailing the rates and carriers. If you prefer a particular carrier, you MUST inform us within 3 business days of receipt of our email, or the carrier selected by us will be contracted. All shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser, unless Free Shipping is noted with product.
Heavenly Inspirations does not charge any handling fees at this time. All shipping charges are directly from the carriers.
Orders are shipped upon completion, approval and payment in full, including shipping charges, has been received and cleared.
Once order has been shipped we will provide you with tracking numbers for your reference. Any claims for damages shall be made with the carrier by the recipient. Products are photographed prior to packaging and said photos are available upon request.
Please inform us at the time of order if you are in the Windsor / Essex area and would like your order held for pick up. Most orders in the above noted area are also eligible for Free Delivery.

Heavenly Inspirations strives to use recycled packaging and materials when available. If specific items are required for packaging, please indicate at time of order and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Cancellations
Heavenly Inspirations works to ship orders as quickly as possible. For this reason, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order after it has been placed. If you need to cancel your order please contact us within 3 business days of placing your order and we will do our best to cancel your order. If your order has already shipped, please see our Returns policy for further instructions.
General Terms & Conditions
Non-Binding Quotation
When you receive your quotation, I have not reserved time and space to design your wedding flowers. I do this only when you have accepted my quotation, signed the contract and paid the deposit. I operate on a first come first served basis and should another Bride book the date first, I will have to adjust or cancel your quotation.
I have included all the items as discussed and sometimes this may cause my quotation to be higher than your budget. Please contact me if this is the case and changes and adjustments will be made to bring the quotation closer to your budget.
Upon acceptance of the quotation, a deposit equal to 50% of your total cost is due and payable. Deposits are to be paid by Cash, Money Order or Certified Cheque. Said deposit will not be subject to interest.
Booking Confirmation
Upon receipt of deposit and signed contract you will receive a receipt and reserved space for your wedding. Only 1 wedding per day will be booked by Heavenly Inspirations to ensure that you receive the attention that you deserve. If the date has changed, Heavenly Inspirations must be informed immediately to ensure the rescheduled date can be accommodated. There is no guarantee that another date can be honored. However, if the date is after the original date, I will still complete your flowers for the BOOKED date, so as not to void the contract.
Balance Due
Your balance is due on the day of pick up or delivery of your order unless prior arrangements have been made and included in signed contract.
Final Details
Approximately two to three weeks prior to your wedding, I will be in contact with you to reconfirm all details. I will ask you to read over my latest quotation and make sure it covers all the items you want and have been confirmed. This is my working document from which I design your flowers. I ask you to reconfirm your ceremony and reception times and make sure you have corsages and boutonnieres for all wedding party members and family, and that any and all final details are included. Your reply will serve as your acceptance and confirmation of products and services detailed.
Your Quotation lists certain flowers and flower colors and while I will do my best to obtain these flowers from my wholesalers, if not available I will substitute with flowers I believe work well with your overall theme. Some flowers may already be highlighted as “if available” in your contract/quotation. You will be informed of any substitutions that have been made before ordered to ensure your satisfaction with the substituted items.
Rental Terms
1. Items rented on a first come, first serve basis.
2. Items not deemed to be rented until booking is confirmed, deposits received and contract signed by all parties.
3. Security deposits are required on all products, totaling 50% of rental or package price. Deposits are to be cash unless otherwise approved by Heavenly Inspirations (Tammy Thornton). All security deposits will be returned once item(s) are returned/picked up and inspected to ensure item(s) being returned are in same condition. No interest shall be paid on deposit.
4. All rental items are to be delivered and picked up to any and all locations. If an item is needed at two separate locations, there may be an additional delivery charge. If at any time, and at the signed consent of Heavenly Inspirations, an agreement is made for items to be picked up and returned by the client, there will be a total security deposit equal to 75% minimum of total rental cost, a separate contract agreement reflecting changes, and copies of current insurance and driver’s licence are MANDATORY.
5. Cost of rental(s) includes delivery, set up (where necessary), and pick-up. There may be an additional charge for delivery and pick-up if outside of pre-determined area. This will be discussed only at time of rental, and cannot be added after contract has been signed, unless venue(s) have been changed, and are 20 km or more apart.
6. A signed contract and deposit may be cancelled, upon notice in writing, and all monies less a 20% Administrative Fee, up to 60 days prior to scheduled booking. After the 60 days have passed, any deposit is non-refundable if cancellation is requested.
7. By signing a contract for rental(s), and by supplying Heavenly Inspirations with a deposit, you agree to, having read, and understand these terms. A copy will be included with your signed contract.
8. You also agree to allow photos of your event to be taken by Heavenly Inspirations for use in portfolios. You agree that you have no claim, now or in the future, to any compensation for said photos. Photos may not be used for any other purpose than promotion of services and/or products, and become the sole property of above mentioned company and can not nor will not be sold to other sources.
